Mrs Down's day out

Mrs Down got the chance to go out for the day. She was very lucky as she got to play with an Ipad and lego. She also heard about children using Minecraft in their school work...this sounds very interesting.

Here are some photos of what Mrs Down got up to on her day out!

Lego Wedo - controlling a fairground ride made of lego using the computer.
Dinoblock on the Ipad. Mrs Down made a square.

More photos from Tailhorn's visit to Connor's

Prof Bear visits Kaitlyn

What a big chair..it was really scary!
I went cycling - that was fun!
Having fun with Lucy and Kaitlyn.

Another buddy visits Connor!

I left school with Connor Bray and Cameron Scott on Tuesday 17th June. We had to hurry because we needed to pick Connor's big brother up from Spalding Grammar School.

We went back to Connor's house for a few snacks and drink, we then got changed and Connor's mum took us all to Surfleet Park.
This was my first adventure at Surfleet Park. Connor and Cameron made it very special and it was lots of fun.

This is me with Connor and Cammy on the death slide.

Here we are again on the death slide - I really really enjoyed it.

I went zooming down one of the slides, I went fast - wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

We all enjoyed going down the slide - we was all laughing, it was FUN.

I think Connor and Cammy was trying to make me sick on this wibbly wobbly thingy. They jiggled me from side to side and it made me feel a little funny.

We then had to take Cammy home to his mummy. We quickly said hello to his new kitten and his dog Chowder.

I then went home with Connor and his mum and we had a lovely tea. After that  Connor had a bath, then we got ready for bed.

Tomorrow morning I will have to go back to school :-(

Thank you Connor for letting me visit you and exploring Surfleet Park. I hope to visit you again soon.

The weekend at Connor's

Friday 13th of June I left school at 3.15pm with Connor. I've been to Connor's house before and loved it so I was quite excited.

We got home to Connor's and we played on the X-box.

Saturday 14th of June was a busy day - it was Pinchbeck Carnival. Connor's mum was helping on kid's club stall and Connor dressed up as a tiger and rode on the kid's club float. I was lucky because I got to go with him. There was so many people looking at us as we travelled around the village of Pinchbeck.

Here is me with Connor (dressed up as a tiger) on the float.

The parade finished at Pinchbeck Playing field, which was also very busy. I went with Connor to the kid's club stall where I played some interesting games.

This was me and Connor playing on the buzz wire game - it was very hard. I couldn't do it.

Me and Connor really enjoyed playing this game - you had to get to kids club.

After the Carnival, we went back to Connor's house, where Julie and Chloe  came round for pizza (take out). Connor's favourite is chicken, pepperoni and pineapple and it's delicious.

Sunday 15th of June - we had a lazy day today. I helped Connor finish of his tiger puzzle that Alexa got for his birthday.

Here I am with the finished tiger puzzle.

We then went into his brother's bedroom and played on minecraft on our laptops.

As the day came to an end I helped Connor have a bath and then we are going to snuggle and go to sleep.

Once again I have had a fantastic time at Connor's house and I hope he invites me again soon. Tomorrow I will be sad as we've got to go back to school.

The building work has started...Day 1

Today the builders appeared at school!  Class 8, Mr Meerkat, Prof.Bear and Ember went to find out what they were doing. Firstly they  spotted a strange tardis looking box in the corner of the field so off they went to investigate. Sadly it was only a port-a-loo! Next they saw a digger which seemed to be attacking the field...and the trim trail. At the end they realised the storage container had gone...why?

Class 8 were left wondering what would happen the next day...
Mr Meerkat, Ember and Prof Bear watching the builders in action. 'Leave our trim trail alone,' they shouted.

Someone has stolen the storage container...

Half term with Connor

I left school with Connor Bray on the last day of term (Friday 23rd May 2014), and we went to pick his brother up from Spalding Grammar School.

Over the weekend we played on the X-box and on Connor's laptop.

Monday (Bank Holiday), Connor's mum made us go to an air display. It was at East Kirkby and it was the American Air Day show at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre.
It was very busy - Connor had to hold me tight with his teddy tiger so we didn't get lost. The air display was very noisy and we all enjoyed it, even Connor's big brother. It was very, very hot, Connor's mum got burn't on her face and Connor got a little burnt on his cheeks.

This is me with Connor and his teddy tiger standing in from of the Lancaster.

On the Tuesday, we went to Game and Connor's mum got Connor and his brother a new game for the X-Box.
Later that day, Connor's mum took us all to West End Cinema In Boston to watch - X-Men: Days of futures past. We all watched it in 3D, and even I had my glasses on. The film was awesome!

This is me with Connor and teddy tiger eating popcorn and getting ready to watch the film.

Wednesday we couldn't do a lot outside as it was really wet. We did have a very yummy Chinese for tea :-)

Thursday we played on the X-Box and laptop.

Friday, Conno'rs big brother made his mum take us to Pizza Hut. We had a buffet lunch and we all ate too much. Connor's mum said Connor ate more than what she thought he would. The drink system was really cool cause you get to do it yourself - Connor helped me with mine. Connor's brother mixed his drink - he had orange tango, Pepsi max and 7-up (he is very silly!)

Saturday we played on the X-Box, playing Minecraft. We was talking through our headset to Cameron Scott. We made a model of spongebob and Patrick.

Here is a picture of Spongebob and Patrick that we made.

Sunday I helped Connor do his homework on the Victorians. We had a surprise visit from Julie and Chloe Young, who decided to stay for tea and we had take out.
I am now going to watch Connor have a bath and then we will be going to bed, ready for school in the morning.

I have really enjoyed my holiday week with Connor - him and his family always make me feel loved and happy :-)
